Milton and Esther had to be left alone while I visited my grandfather this weekend, and they sure appreciated being checked-on by a very sweet girl.
I've also been teaching Esther to use the human potty. She's learned really fast! And I think she's really proud of it, because she likes to use it when I brush my teeth in the morning. Blech. But if it means I no longer have to be elbow-deep in kitty litter, it's well worth it. (I might also point out that the roll is empty because she unravelled it after her last bathroom visit....although she's not using litter, cat's still have a desire to bury their business, which means "digging" at the surroundings. Oh, well.)
